Inventory Executive / Inventory Assistant – Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and track stock.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory
· Receive, check, and store incoming materials
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess
· Perform regular physical stock counts
· Update inventory data in the system (Excel or software)
· Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams
· Ensure proper labelling and storage of items
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software
· Good attention to detail and organization skills
· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
· Basic understanding of stock handling and storage
