Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and databases
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel)
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic documentation
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
