Job Description

Shoe Counter Salesperson


Job Description:

  • Greet customers and help them choose shoes.
  • Show different shoe styles, sizes, and brands.
  • Answer customer questions politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of the shoe counter.
  • Handle billing and cash/card payments if needed.
  • Check stock and inform about low inventory.
  • Help customers with exchanges or returns.
  • Achieve daily or monthly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Friendly and helpful nature.
  • Basic knowledge of footwear products.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus.
