Visa / Immigration Consultant

Job role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Visa & Immigration Counselor to guide individuals, students, and families through the complexities of international visa and immigration processes. You will be the primary point of contact for clients pursuing study, work, permanent residency, or visitor visas across multiple destinations. Your expertise will directly shape life-changing journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth initial consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend the most suitable visa pathway based on individual profilesGuide clients through the entire application process — from document collection and form filling to submission and follow-up with embassies or immigration authoritiesPrepare, review, and verify all application documents including financial proofs, sponsorship letters, SOP/LOR, and supporting affidavitsProvide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, immigration rules, processing timelines, and fee structures for each destination countryCounsel students on university selection, admission procedures, scholarships, and post-study work opportunities alongside visa guidanceStay current with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and bilateral agreements affecting the destination countriesLiaise with embassies, consulates, IRCC, Home Office, and other immigration bodies on behalf of clients
