Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately.
- Verify documents and ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with students/clients for pending documents.
- Handle applications for study, visitor, tourist, and dependent visas.
- Maintain application records and provide regular status updates.
- Liaise with universities, colleges, embassies, and visa application centres where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or overseas education.
- Strong knowledge of documentation and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
