Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Merchant Executive to drive merchant acquisition and deployment activities. The candidate will be responsible for QR code sales, sound box deployment, and current account acquisition while building strong relationships with merchants in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new merchants and onboard them for digital payment solutions.
• Promote and sell QR code-based payment acceptance solutions.
• Deploy and activate sound boxes at merchant locations.
• Generate leads and facilitate Current Account opening for eligible merchants.
• Ensure timely installation, activation, and merchant training on payment products.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants and provide post-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales and activation targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and expand the merchant network.
• Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company policy).
• Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, or payment solutions will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Mandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
