Job Description
We need a hungry sales guy who can call leads, visit sites, and close deals.
This is not a desk job — calling + field sales both.
- Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling (Daily)Call incoming leads (ads / referrals)
- Understand customer problem (waterproofing / construction)
- Pitch services confidently
- Fix site visit appointments
2. Field Sales
Visit customer sites
- Inspect basic issue (training provided)
- Explain solution + pricing
- Close deals on the spot or via follow-up
3. Follow-ups & Conversion
Maintain lead data
- Do continuous follow-ups
- Convert maximum leads into projects
- Skills Required: Strong communication (Hindi must)
- Confident in calling + face-to-face sales
- Basic understanding of construction (or willingness to learn fast)
- Street-smart + persuasive
- Two-wheeler mandatory
