## Job Description
Solsataa Hair & Skin is hiring a BTL Field Marketing Executive for on-ground marketing and promotional activities across Mumbai locations.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Society activations and stall setup
* Flyer and coupon distribution
* Lead generation and customer engagement
* Local tie-ups with gyms, boutiques, cafés, etc.
* Customer follow-up and appointment coordination
* Daily reporting of leads and activities
## Requirements
* Minimum 12th Pass
* 1–3 years experience in field marketing / BTL / field sales
* Marathi + Hindi communication mandatory
* Two-wheeler with valid licence is compulsory
* Smartphone with WhatsApp & Google Maps
* Comfortable with field work and travelling
## Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 per month + (incentives & travel allowance)
## Working Days & Timings
🕒 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 6 Days Working (1 week Off)
