- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Apna or other job websites, and industry events to identify passive candidates and build pipelines.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, establish selection criteria, and guide hiring decisions.
