Product & Inventory Executive

About the RoleCalling Crystals is looking for a sincere, organised and detail-oriented person to manage our crystal inventory and product preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with products, maintaining accuracy, and learning new skills.

• ResponsibilitiesReceive and verify newly arrived stock with invoices.
• Sort crystals based on size, weight, quality and appearance.
• Prepare product variants and pricing sheets.
• Maintain inventory records and stock updates.
• Label, organise and store products systematically.
• Make crystal bracelets and simple handcrafted products.
• Assist in quality checking before dispatch.
• Support packaging team during high order volumes.
• Keep the inventory area clean and well organised.
• Coordinate with the founders regarding stock shortages or discrepancies.
• Skills RequiredGood organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn about crystals and product grading.
• Ability to work responsibly without constant supervision.
• PreferredExperience in inventory, warehouse, retail or e-commerce.
• Experience handling jewellery, handicrafts or premium products is a bonus.
