Job Description:
Kumar Shirts is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Retail Store Manager to lead our Kamareddy store. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and visual merchandising
- Track sales and meet monthly targets
Requirements:
- Prior retail/store management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory software
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
