Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally ERP (entries, ledgers, vouchers)
• Manage accounts receivable — track book debts, follow up on outstanding payments, and
maintain debtor ageing reports.
• Handle accounts payable — process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS workings.
• Generate P&L statements, and finalize year end balance sheets.
• Maintain petty cash records and day-to-day cash book entries.
• Maintain proper filing records of all documents.
• Ensure timely invoicing and proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage any monthly/yearly/quarterly bank related submissions such as agewise book debts &
stock statements.
