Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Role Overview:


We’re looking for an accounting professional who can handle core finance work and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Sheets to improve reporting and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain books, reconciliations, and vendor ledgers

* Manage receivables, payables, and compliance (GST, TDS)

* Prepare MIS reports and track cash flow, aging, and expenses

* Build and manage dashboards in Google Sheets

* Use AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve workflows

* Coordinate with audit and internal teams

Requirements:


* Strong accounting fundamentals

* Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivots)

* Hands-on with ChatGPT and Claude

* Experience with Zoho Books or similar software

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and fast
