Back-end Executive– Job Description

Location: Kanpur (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

The 10X Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing and IT solutions company with 500+ global clients. We provide Facebook & Google agency ad accounts, website development, digital marketing services, and WhatsApp API solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Create engaging ad creatives and write ad copies
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Handle client reporting and maintain campaign records
- Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing materials
- Assist in lead generation and online brand promotions
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital marketing, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new tools and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years experience in HR (Fresher with good skills can also apply).
