Job Description

Core HR Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees to fill skill gaps.
  • Onboarding and Training: Conducting orientation, ensuring proper documentation, and organizing training programs to enhance skills.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Managing payroll, bonuses, and perks like health insurance or retirement plans.
  • Performance Management: Setting goals, conducting appraisals, and managing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to labour laws, health, safety standards, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Employee Relations: Resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive company culture.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records (attendance, personal info) and updating HRIS systems.
