Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: ₹30,000+ per month (based on experience)

Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
• Manage exit formalities and documentation
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
