Placement & Business Development Executive

We are hiring a high-performing Senior BDA with Team Lead capabilities who can drive individual sales while leading and mentoring a team. This role requires a strong closer with leadership skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to scale team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & SalesConvert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales
• Counsel prospects and deliver effective product/course presentations
• Own and consistently achieve individual revenue targets
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification → follow-ups → closure
• Team Leadership (TL Role)Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BDAs
• Track daily performance metrics (calls, conversions, revenue)
• Conduct training sessions, mock calls, and performance reviews
• Drive team targets, productivity, and morale
• Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions
• Strategy & OperationsOptimize sales funnels and improve lead-to-closure ratio
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and campaign feedback
• Ensure process adherence and high-quality customer experience
• Requirements1–4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (EdTech preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Prior experience in team handling / mentoring (TL or Senior role)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Leadership mindset with problem-solving and decision-making ability
