Job Description
We're Hiring: SEO Project Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Kanpur (Work from Office)
Company: Lucky Digitals
We're looking for an experienced and organized SEO professional to lead projects, manage teams, and stay ahead of the latest search trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily SEO projects and client deliverables.
- Assign tasks to SEO specialists, writers, link builders, VAs, and designers.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely project completion.
- Review work quality before client delivery.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Maintain project sheets and provide weekly progress reports.
- Keep strategies updated with Google's latest algorithm changes, AI Search, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO or SEO project management.
- Strong knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of Google's latest algorithm updates, AI-powered search (AI Overviews), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and EEAT principles.
- Experience with ClickUp, Trello, or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and ensure on-time delivery.
