Social Media Executive

AT MAKEOVER is a premium makeup studio and academy specializing in bridal makeup, party makeup, grooming, beauty services, and professional makeup training. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can help us build a strong digital presence and create engaging content.

Location - 310 G3, SHIV ARPAN APARTMENT, Plot No 127, near BJP OFFICE, near ISWAR PREM ASHRAM, Keshav Nagar, W Block, Juhi Kalan, Saket Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208014

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Instagram and Facebook content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and carousel content.
• Shoot and edit short videos and reels inside the studio.
• Write attractive captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
• Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral audio, and content ideas.
• Manage daily posting schedule across all social media platforms.
• Reply to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with makeup artists to capture before/after transformations, bridal shoots, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Monitor page insights and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Reel editing using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Graphic designing using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Good written Hindi and English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and hashtags.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, fashion, salon, or lifestyle content is preferred.
• Freshers with an excellent creative portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, Canva AI, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
