Vice President

Position: General Manager/Vice President_ 3-Wheeler Dealership

Reporting To: Managing Directors

Key Responsibilities-

Business Operations

·       Oversee operations across all departments, achieve business targets.

·       Regularly review business performance and take necessary steps to improve results when needed.

Sales & Service

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
• Workshop Profitability

Human Resources & Accounts-

• Employee development, review, performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability.
• Review financial performance and ensure effective financial management.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Graduate in Business, Management, Engineering, Automobile, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of senior management experience, preferably in the Automobile Industry.
• Proven experience in handling Sales, Service, Operations, HR, and Finance functions.
• Strategic Leadership, Business Development, Leadership, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Data Analysis & MIS Reporting
