Job Description

Basic knowledge of residential building construction

Understanding of site supervision and execution

Ability to read drawings and plans

Knowledge of concrete, steel, brickwork, and finishing activities

Site measurement and quantity checking skills

Coordination with contractors and labor teams

Quality and safety awareness

Good communication and reporting skills

Willingness to work on-site and learn execution activities


Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

Passion for residential construction projects

Strong learning attitude and teamwork skills

Ability to handle site activities under senior guidance
