Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant / banquet operations
  • Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction at all times
  • Train, schedule, and manage service staff
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per regulations
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies
  • Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain SOPs and service quality standards
