Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager
Department: Operations / Immigration Services
Reports To: Regional Manager / Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of immigration, visa, and documentation cases.
- Maintain compliance with applicable immigration regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Provide guidance to clients on immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
- Handle escalated client concerns and resolve complex cases professionally.
- Coordinate with government authorities, embassies, educational institutions, employers, and legal representatives as required.
- Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and business forecasts for senior management
- Develop marketing and business development initiatives to increase client acquisition.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client records and sensitive information.
- Promote excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in immigration, visa consulting, or related services.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience handling multiple visa categories and immigration processes is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred).
