Migration Case Officer / Admin Assistant – VisaFox Migration

Location: Australia

Industry: Australian Migration & Visa Services


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lodge Australian visa applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain records of all clients and visa applications
  • Contact clients to collect required documents and follow up on pending information
  • Organize, review, and manage migration-related documents
  • Keep records of company finances, payments, and invoices
  • Draft and prepare submission letters and supporting documents
  • Monitor application progress, pending documents, deadlines, and visa updates
  • Coordinate with the social media team and provide updates when required
  • Work closely with the IT team for system management and operational support
  • Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client records and communication
  • Ensure all data and records are updated and maintained properly
  • Provide administrative support to the migration team


Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
  • Experience with documentation and administrative work
  • Good English writing skills
  • Knowledge of Australian migration processes is preferred
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Bonus: Previous experience in migration, legal, education, or administrative roles will be highly regarded.
