Job Description
Main Responsibility:
Plan, customize, and sell domestic/international holiday packages while ensuring excellent customer experience from inquiry to trip completion.
Key Tasks:
- Consult clients via calls/WhatsApp to understand budget, dates & travel preferences
- Design itineraries & share quotes for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas
- Book & coordinate with suppliers/DMCs to confirm all travel services
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads and handling objections
- Support travelers before & during trips; handle changes/emergencies
- Maintain records in CRM and follow up for feedback/repeat bookings
