Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
• Conduct laboratory practicals and ensure proper safety procedures in the chemistry lab.
• Develop students’ conceptual understanding and analytical skills.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic standards.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests and practical assessments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, school functions, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Use modern teaching techniques and digital learning tools for effective classroom engagement.
• Maintain attendance records, lab records, and student progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related subject.
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Good understanding of CBSE curriculum and laboratory practices.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
