Job Description
About the Company DAO EVTech Pvt Ltd is an electric two-wheeler manufacturing company based in Pune. We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible Admin & Field Executive to support office administration and local coordination work.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily office administration activities
· Handle document submission and collection
· Visit banks, courier offices, and service providers when required
· Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
· Assist with interview scheduling and recruitment coordination
· Help collect employee documents and maintain records
Support general office and operational activities
Requirements·
Based in Pune / PCMC area
· Able to work on-site in Chakan / Nighoje
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
· Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi preferred)
· Two-wheeler required for field visits
· Male candidates preferred due to field work
· Freshers are welcome
