Job Description
- Ticket Booking & SalesSell movie tickets to customers (online/offline bookings)
- Provide information about show timings, seat availability, and pricing
- Suggest best seats or premium formats (IMAX, 3D, etc.)
- 2. Customer HandlingGreet customers politely and assist them
- Answer customer queries related to movies, timings, and offers
- Handle complaints calmly and provide quick solutions
- 3. Cash & Payment ManagementAccept payments (cash, card, UPI, wallets)
- Ensure accurate billing and return correct change
- Maintain daily cash records and receipts
- 4. System OperationUse ticketing software / POS system
- Print tickets and confirm bookings
- Update bookings, cancellations, or refunds in the system
- 5. Queue ManagementManage long queues during peak hours
- Ensure fast and smooth service
- Maintain discipline and order at the counter
- 6. Sales PromotionInform customers about:
- Ongoing offers
- Combo deals
- Membership or loyalty programs
- Upsell premium seats or add-ons
- 7. CoordinationCoordinate with:
- Ushers (for seating issues)
- Security team
- Snack counter staff
- Share updates about show changes or delays
- 8. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain daily sales reports
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Ensure transparency in transactions
- 9. Cleanliness & ProfessionalismKeep the counter area clean and organized
- Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards
