Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
  • Understand students’ profiles and guide them with suitable courses and universities.
  • Handle student queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Follow up with students and maintain regular communication.
  • Assist students throughout the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications.
  • Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
  • Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
