Job Description
1. Plan and supervise maintenance activities according to procedures, good engineering practices and cGMP.
2. Plan and Supervise Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of plant instrumentation.
3. Trouble-shooting and identify problems by observing instrument/electrical devices in operation
4. Improvement initiatives and support (IRS/QAR) investigations.
5. Support project construction and commissioning of plant equipment and systems through active involvement in punch listing and commissioning activities with Supervisor/Engineers.
6. Plan and lead the team to desired results/KPIs accomplishment
7. Inspect and troubleshooting the operation of instruments and electrical systems to diagnose faults and verify repairs.
8. Establish and optimize process control strategies, and control and troubleshooting related systems such as PLCs, SCADA and HMIs and Building Automation System.
