  • Operate milling machines to produce parts as per drawing.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and basic dimensions.
  • Set tools, offsets, and basic machine parameters (as per supervisor/programmer guidance).
  • Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge).
  • Maintain required tolerances and surface finish.
  • Ensure proper machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • Follow safety rules and shop floor discipline.
  • Report any machine issues or quality problems to supervisor.
