Job Title:फार्मासिस्ट (Pharmacist) / मुख्य फार्मासिस्ट (Chief Pharmacist)
प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):
दवाइयों का वितरण (Dispensing Medications): डॉक्टरों द्वारा लिखे गए पर्चों (prescriptions) को ध्यान से पढ़ना, जांचना और उसके अनुसार सही दवाएं और खुराक देना।मरीज परामर्श (Patient Counseling): मरीजों को यह समझाना कि दवाएं कैसे लेनी हैं, कब लेनी हैं, और उनके क्या संभावित साइड-इफेक्ट्स हो सकते हैं।सुरक्षा जांच (Safety Verification): यह सुनिश्चित करना कि नई दी जाने वाली दवा मरीज की पुरानी दवाइयों, एलर्जी या स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं के साथ कोई हानिकारक प्रतिक्रिया (Drug Interaction) न करे।दवा सूची प्रबंधन (Inventory Management): फार्मेसी में दवाइयों के स्टॉक का हिसाब रखना, एक्सपायर हो चुकी दवाओं को हटाना और नई दवाइयां समय पर ऑर्डर करना।रिकॉर्ड रखना (Record Keeping): मरीजों का मेडिकल डेटा, खरीदे गए उत्पादों का हिसाब और नियंत्रित दवाओं (NARC, G-Schedule) का रिकॉर्ड नियमों के अनुसार सुरक्षित रखना।
