Position: Branch Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 years
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to handle Kerala operations, ensuring business growth, operational control, and strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations including sales and administration
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Build and maintain dealer/distributor network
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain records
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline
- Conduct regular market visits and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with head office for operational support
- Submit reports and updates to management
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in branch management or sales roles
- Strong experience in ACP, laminates, plywood, or related industry is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Kerala market and dealer network
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
Qualification
Selection will be based on practical experience, industry knowledge, and proven performance, rather than formal educational qualifications
