  • Support the evolution of AI-driven reporting capabilities, including automated insights and narrative generation, to enhance the efficiency and impact of reporting.
  • Contribute to Managed Services and Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives through standardized reporting, process improvements, and support for close-out and transition activities.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests with tailored analysis, projection models, and forward-looking insights to support strategic discussions.
  • Build strong relationships across global finance teams; lead cross-functional workstreams, share knowledge, and help expand analytics and reporting capabilities.

  • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot and Power Automate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective delegation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead workstreams through facilitation, strong communication, and collaboration (no direct reports).
  • Strong listening, consultative, influencing, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work well under deadlines.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; MS SQL preferred. Hyperion SmartView and Essbase experience is a plus.
