Manage and guide the telecalling team while ensuring daily calling and hiring targets are achieved. Monitor team performance including calls, conversions, and onboarding, and take necessary actions to improve results. Train and motivate low-performing agents to enhance their productivity and efficiency. Develop effective strategies to improve candidate conversion and ensure smooth hiring processes. Maintain team discipline and ensure overall productivity is consistently achieved.
