Sales Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, direct sales, field visits, or inside bank branches/stores to sell credit cards.

Customer Interaction: Explain product features, benefits, and interest rates, and persuade customers to apply.

Documentation & KYC: Collect required documents and complete the KYC and application process for applicants.

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by management to earn incentives.

Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with branch staff and prospective clients. 

Key Requirements & Skills:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred, notes.

Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers often eligible), according to JobHai and Apna.

Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, say.

Attributes: Results-oriented, field-friendly, and capable of working under pressure. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Typically ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (fixed), depending on location, notes.

Incentives: High incentives based on performance, potentially up to ₹50,000 additional, according to Indeed.

Benefits: PF, ESI (Health Insurance), and sometimes travel allowances, say.
