Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including Sales, Purchase, Payments, and Receipts.
  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP software.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss account.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and other records.
  • Support auditors during statutory/internal audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
