The Role: Intensive Stock Audit & Travel

We are hiring dedicated Fresher Travelling Audit Executives for a continuous, contractual role. This position involves rigorous, high-volume inventory and stock-taking audits at various retail and warehouse locations across Eastern and North East India. This is a demanding position requiring commitment, high accuracy, and constant travel.

Working Hours & Compensation Structure

• Mandatory Working Hours: You must commit to working long hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during an active assignment.
• Per-Assignment Fee: ₹1,000 per completed and approved audit assignment.
• Target Workload: Successful executives are expected to complete up to 15 assignments per month, given the continuous nature of the work.
• Assignment Duration: Each audit typically spans 2 to 3 continuous days.
• Expenses: All verifiable travel, local conveyance, and food expenses incurred for the assignment will be reimbursed separately (as per company policy).

Key Responsibilities & Performance

• Regional Travel: Based in Kolkata, you will travel extensively to complete audits within Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, and the North East.
• High Productivity Target: Accurately complete physical stock-taking for 3,000 to 5,000 units daily using company-provided laptops and barcode scanners.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct physical inventory checks, verify documentation, and reconcile stock data on-site.
• Reporting: Submit detailed, objective, and accurate audit reports immediately upon assignment completion.

Candidate Profile (Who Should Apply)

• Education: Any Fresher with Basic Excel knowledge, who has passed class X
• Essential: Must be willing and able to travel frequently and extensively across the specified region for weeks at a time.
• Stamina: Demonstrated ability to manage long working hours (10 AM - 9 PM) and handle the physical demands of intensive stock-taking.
• Skill: High proficiency in using technology (laptops/scanners) for rapid data entry and strong attention to detail.
