We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic coordination. This role demands confidentiality, efficiency, and strong decision-support capability.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence independently
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS documents
• Arrange travel, meetings, and event schedules
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Act as a bridge between Director and operational teams

• ✅ Candidate Requirements
• Gender: Female
• Experience: 3–5 years as Personal/Executive Assistant (mandatory)
• Age: Below 35 years
• Languages: Fluent in English, Bengali & Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
