Job Description
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in CRM platforms, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Advance Excel)
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles (segmentation, targeting, CRM strategy) and KPIs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data (demographic, behavioral) to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve performance. Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting packs.
CRM Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy through regular cleaning, de-duplication, and validation checks.
