Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, experienced BI & Data Engineer to act as the technical right-hand to our Director and Chief Engineer.

This is not just a backend coding role. You will build the data systems that power our company's biggest decisions. You will sit in the room with leadership, translate complex data into clear insights, and build the dashboards that steer our strategy.

👨‍💻 What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

1. Build & Manage Data Systems:

  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Manage our Data Warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ensure data quality/integrity.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to fetch complex data for urgent business questions.

2. Business Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Develop interactive, high-level dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for the Director and Chief Engineer.
  • Automate daily/weekly reports to save leadership time.
  • Turn raw data into visual stories that explain "what is happening" and "why."

3. Strategic Assistance:

  • Perform rapid ad-hoc analysis to support board meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in our operational data.
  • Act as a bridge between the technical engineering team and business leadership.



✅ What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: 3+ years in Data Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics.

  • Tech Stack:
  • Expert in SQL
  • Proficiency in Python or R for scripting/automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Cloud: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a big plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (you must be able to explain technical data to non-tech leaders).
  • High attention to detail (accuracy is critical at this level).
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive business data.
