Position: GRE – Sales & Guest Experience

Core Objective:

Increase repeat visits + table upgrades + premium spend

Key KPIs:

  • Repeat customer rate (weekly tracking)
  • Avg. spend per table
  • VIP conversions (walk-in → premium table)
  • Customer database growth (phone/Instagram capture)




Maintain guest database (Google Sheet/CRM)

Tag:

  • High spenders
  • Regulars
  • Influencers

Daily follow-ups:

  • “Tonight guest list?”
  • “We have offers / DJ night”
