Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)

Salary: Upto 20k in hand

Job Description:

GTech Web Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple positions simultaneously. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles. 

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple job portals. 

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures. 

• Manage bulk hiring requirements and maintain candidate pipelines. 

• Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment reports. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory). 

• Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT Bulk Hiring. 

• Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred. 

• Experience in Domestic Circuit Hiring will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, and other sourcing platforms. 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills. 

• Notice Period: Up to 10–15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred). 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
