Job Description
Job Responsibilities –
- Office Peon / Office BoyMaintain office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Manage courier dispatch, collection, and delivery of office documents.
- Purchase and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Assist HR and Admin with day-to-day office operations.
- Arrange meeting rooms and provide meeting support.
- Run official errands as assigned.
- Report maintenance issues and support office upkeep.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
