🎯 Position: Photographer (Full-time )

আমরা আমাদের ক্রিয়েটিভ টিমে একজন প্যাশনেট Photographer খুঁজছি, যিনি creative vision, technical skill এবং storytelling ability দিয়ে কাজকে next level-এ নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন।
👉 Fresher / Experienced — দুজনেই apply করতে পারবেন
🎬 Key Responsibilities:
• 📸 Indoor & Outdoor photoshoot করা (Event / Dance / Portfolio / Reel shoot)
• 🎥 Basic video shooting knowledge (bonus)
• 💡 Creative angle, lighting ও composition maintain করা
• 🎞️ Photo selection ও basic editing (Lightroom / Photoshop)
• 🤝 Team-এর সাথে coordinate করে shoot execute করা
• ⏱️ Deadline maintain করে কাজ deliver করা
⚙️ Requirements:
• ✔️ Camera handling knowledge (DSLR / Mirrorless)
• ✔️ Basic lighting knowledge (natural + studio)
• ✔️ Framing & composition sense থাকতে হবে
• ✔️ Editing tools (Lightroom / Photoshop) জানা থাকলে advantage
• ✔️ Passion & learning mindset must
👉 Degree / certificate বাধ্যতামূলক না
👉 Interview-এ practical skill test নেওয়া হবে
