Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and active Production Supervisor to manage the daily production of Power Booster Sattu at our Murshidabad unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising raw material handling, mixing, roasting/grinding coordination, hygiene maintenance, packaging, stock records, and quality control during production.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, sincere, practical, and able to manage workers and production activities smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily production of Power Booster Sattu as per company formula and batch requirements.
2. Check raw materials such as grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, and other ingredients before production.
3. Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
4. Ensure correct weighing, mixing, roasting/grinding coordination, and packaging process.
5. Maintain batch-wise production records.
6. Monitor worker performance and assign daily production tasks.
7. Check packaging quality, labeling, sealing, and finished product condition.
8. Maintain raw material stock, finished product stock, and daily usage records.
9. Follow food safety, hygiene, and basic FSSAI production standards.
10. Report any production issue, wastage, shortage, or quality problem to management.
11. Ensure timely production completion as per order demand.
12. Coordinate with purchase, packaging, and dispatch teams when required.

Required Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
• Food production, FMCG, supplement, atta/sattu/flour mill, or food processing experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Must be able to maintain written records properly

Experience

Freshers with strong responsibility and learning ability may also apply.

Working Hours

Full-time duty as per production requirement.

Weekly off will be discussed during joining.
