Job Description
Title: Property Consultant — Real Estate (Belghoria)
Company: Apna Aangan (Partnership Firm)
Location: Belghoria, Kolkata
Salary: ₹11,800–₹14,800 fixed + 25–30% commission on every deal (uncapped) + monthly performance bonus. Average earning potential ₹22k–₹40k/month after 3 months.
Experience: 0–3 years in field sales (real estate, insurance, DSA, banking, telecom — any field role accepted)
About the role: We are looking for our first Property Consultant — someone who wants to build their career in real estate with us, not just take a job.
What you'll do:
- Build property inventory across Belghoria, Sodepur, Agarpara, Dunlop
- Handle leads from 99acres, Housing, MagicBricks, walk-ins
- Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, support paperwork till registration
- Manage the shop and report daily to the founder
- Monthly target closings deals
What you need:
- Completed Class 12 / Graduate (B.Com / BA / BBA preferred)
- Resident of Belghoria / Sodepur / Agarpara / Dunlop / Baranagar / Nimta or nearby
- Two-wheeler with valid licence
- Bengali + Hindi fluent
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic smartphone work
