Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Manager cum Team Leader to drive recruitment, development, and performance management of insurance advisors while achieving business growth targets through the new APC channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of insurance advisors and agents.
- Conduct regular interviews, selection processes, and induction programs.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Drive life insurance business through advisor-led customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Organize recruitment drives, business opportunity presentations, and networking.
- Support advisors in lead generation, sales closures, and customer servicing.
- Maintain recruitment, licensing, and business performance records.
