Job Description
ensuring high-quality guest experiences by greeting customers, taking orders, supervising waitstaff, and handling complaints.
Customer Service & Experience: Welcoming guests, explaining menu items, offering recommendations, taking orders, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Supervision & Leadership: Supervising servers/waitstaff, briefing the team before service, and assigning sections.
Operational Control: Managing table reservations, seating plans, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
Quality Assurance: Monitoring food presentation, station cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards.
