About the RoleWe are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical distribution company. The role involves picking, packing, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, and maintaining proper storage standards for medicines and healthcare products.

The ideal candidate should be organized, physically active, responsible with stock handling, and capable of ensuring timely and error-free order processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store ManagementReceive incoming pharmaceutical stock and verify quantity and batch details
• Arrange and store products properly as per company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area
• Ensure medicines are stored according to required temperature and safety conditions
• Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock, and near-expiry inventory
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory reconciliation
• Picking & PackingPick products accurately based on invoices/orders
• Pack medicines safely and correctly for dispatch
• Ensure correct labeling, batch matching, and quantity verification
• Prevent packing errors, shortages, and product damage
• Dispatch & Delivery CoordinationPrepare dispatch-ready orders within defined timelines
• Coordinate with delivery staff and transport teams
• Maintain dispatch records and shipment documentation
• Ensure all orders are handed over correctly and on time
• Documentation & System WorkUpdate inward and outward stock entries
• Maintain basic inventory records in Excel, ERP, SAP, or billing software
• Generate and maintain dispatch and stock reports
• Inform management about stock shortages or discrepancies
• Compliance & SafetyFollow pharmaceutical storage and handling guidelines
• Maintain discipline and accuracy in stock handling
• Support audits and stock verification activities
• Skills & Requirements1–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes
• Familiarity with Excel, ERP, SAP, or inventory software preferred
• Ability to read invoices and manage stock accurately
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse movement
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Preferred QualificationsHigher Secondary / Graduate
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or medical wholesale preferred

Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
